I love to eat almost as much as I love to train. I run fasted in the morning, so breakfast is my most important meal…and the most fun! Check out my easy recipes for post workout eats.


Meet My Team

Teamwork makes the dream work. My training partners, mentors and friends help me through the tough workouts, emotional fatigue and just keep things fun.



Strength training is a critical part of my routine. Of course, we’d all love to just run tons of miles and not get hurt, but for the vast majority of people, that simply isn’t how the body works. I incorporate basic, functional strength work into my week and I believe it has made me a tougher, more durable athlete.
