Protein Banana Pancakes



1 banana, the riper the better

1 egg

1 scoop (1/3 cup) vanilla protein powder

1 t baking powder


In a small bowl, mash the banana thoroughly. Add the egg and beat together until combined. Stir in the protein powder and baking powder. Heat a skillet to about medium and coat the pan with oil (very important!). Spoon batter onto skillet and cook for 5 minutes, bubbles might not come to the top as the banana makes the batter thick. Flip and cook for 1-2 more minutes.
