Overnight Oats
Ingredients
2/3 cup yogurt (or your favorite 6oz carton)
1/4 cup milk
1 T chia seeds
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients stirring well. Put in fridge overnight, covered. Enjoy with your favorite toppings!
